TO

be human is to be challenged. We can't always control what we feel, but with deeper self-awareness, we have more mastery of what we do in response to our feelings.


Individual psychotherapy is a chance to understand yourself better, to recognize behavioral patterns and feelings, to problem solve and to develop new strategies as you face loss, relationship issues, illness, family struggles or any of life's inevitable challenges.

I work with my clients to put their strengths to use, to understand and accept their feelings and to manage them better, opening up possibilities for change. The privacy and collaborative relationship of psychotherapy allows for this process to unfold. This includes being able to talk about what is and isn't happening in the therapy itself.
